REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Bracelets & Rings
Bracelets and rings are eligible for a one-time exchange for local Mumbai orders only. A flat ₹100 exchange fee applies. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and pass our quality inspection. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Earrings & Necklaces
For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings and necklaces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Refunds are not offered on any products.

Exceptions
We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances, such as:

• You receive a damaged or faulty product.
• You receive the wrong product.

Please Note:
Quality control inspections are carried out before every order is shipped. We also ensure that each order is carefully packaged to protect it from damage during transit.

Additionally, some of our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in stone colour, finish, or appearance. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
