What is Timeless jewellery made from?
Timeless jewellery is made using a range of materials depending on the design. A large part of our collection is crafted in 316L stainless steel, while selected pieces are made using 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, brass and other materials. The exact material and finish are always listed on each individual product page.
What is 316L stainless steel?
316L stainless steel is a durable, corrosion-resistant grade of stainless steel that works particularly well for everyday jewellery. It is tarnish-resistant, well suited to humid conditions and generally suitable for sensitive skin.
What is 18K PVD gold plating?
PVD, or Physical Vapour Deposition, is a plating process that bonds the colour coating to the surface of the metal. Our gold stainless-steel pieces use 18K gold PVD to create a durable gold finish with better resistance to everyday wear than traditional plating.
Is Timeless jewellery real gold?
Our gold-coloured jewellery is not solid gold unless specifically stated. Depending on the piece, it may feature 18K gold PVD over stainless steel or 18K gold vermeil over sterling silver. Please check the individual product page for the exact material and finish.
Is all Timeless jewellery made from stainless steel?
No. While 316L stainless steel is one of our primary materials, selected designs are made using sterling silver, gold vermeil, brass and other materials depending on the construction of the piece.
What is the difference between gold vermeil and gold plating?
Gold vermeil uses a 925 sterling-silver base underneath the gold finish. Gold-plated jewellery can use different base metals. The exact construction of every Timeless piece is listed on its product page.

WEAR & DURABILITY
Is Timeless jewellery waterproof?
Our 316L stainless-steel PVD pieces are waterproof and designed for regular everyday wear. Other materials, including sterling silver and vermeil, require more care, so always check the material listed on the individual product page.
Can I shower with my jewellery?
Our 316L stainless-steel PVD pieces can be worn around water. However, avoiding unnecessary exposure to harsh soaps, chlorine and chemicals will always help preserve the finish for longer.
Will Timeless jewellery tarnish?
Our 316L stainless-steel pieces are tarnish-resistant. Sterling silver can naturally oxidise over time, while plated finishes may gradually show signs of wear depending on use, storage and exposure to products.
Can I wear Timeless jewellery every day?
Yes. Most of our pieces are designed specifically for regular everyday wear. For the best longevity, avoid exposing jewellery to harsh chemicals, cleaning products and abrasive surfaces.
How long does the gold finish last?
There is no fixed lifespan for plated jewellery. How a finish wears depends on how often the piece is worn, how it is stored, individual skin chemistry and exposure to products such as perfume, skincare and chemicals.
Our PVD pieces are chosen specifically for their durability and resistance to everyday wear.
Is Timeless jewellery suitable for humid weather?
Our 316L stainless-steel jewellery is particularly well suited to warm and humid climates because of its resistance to corrosion and tarnishing.

Is Timeless jewellery hypoallergenic?
Our 316L stainless-steel pieces are hypoallergenic and generally well suited to sensitive skin. As materials vary across the collection, we recommend checking the specifications on each individual product page if you have known metal sensitivities.

CARE
How should I care for my jewellery?
Apply perfume, lotions and skincare before putting your jewellery on. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive surfaces, and gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
How should I store my jewellery?
Store pieces separately in a cool, dry place where possible. Keeping jewellery away from excess moisture and preventing pieces from rubbing against one another will help minimise scratching and preserve the finish.
Can perfume or skincare affect the finish?
Repeated direct contact with perfume, skincare, lotions and chemicals can gradually affect plated finishes. We recommend allowing products to absorb or dry before putting your jewellery on.

Do you offer free shipping in India?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Every order is carefully packaged before dispatch to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
India: approximately 3-5 business days
International: approximately 1-2 weeks

Which shipping providers do you use?
Most orders within India are shipped via Blue Dart Express.
For locations where Blue Dart is unavailable, we may use one of our other trusted shipping partners, including:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally. A flat shipping fee of ₹3,500 applies to international orders.

QUALITY CONTROL
Is every order quality checked before shipping?
Yes. Every order goes through a quality-control inspection before it is dispatched. We also carefully package each order to help protect the jewellery during transit.
Why might handcrafted pieces vary slightly?
Some Timeless pieces are handcrafted and may have slight variations in stone colour, finish or appearance. These differences are a natural part of handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
What is your exchange policy?
For local Mumbai orders only, eligible bracelets and rings can be exchanged once within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and passes our quality check.
A ₹100 exchange fee applies.
Earrings and necklaces are final sale.
Exceptions apply if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
