Due to hygiene reasons and for your protection, we are unable to issue refunds and exchanges on jewellery. Therefore, all products sold are final sale.

We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances such as:
- You receive a damaged or faulty product
- You receive the wrong product

Please note, quality control inspections are performed before the product is shipped. We make sure that the packaging is of such a nature to protect its contents against any potential damage while in transit.

In addition to this, some of our products are handcrafted and may slightly differ from each other in stone colour & appearance.
